Coastal Tribe
Warehouse team checking cartons against an order list

Process

Each order follows the same four working steps.

Every order follows the same spine, even when the goods differ. Here is how it runs.

How it runs

The order moves in four clear steps.

Every stage closes with a written note, and the next stage starts from it.

01

Brief and range

You describe the shelf, the season and the price point; we propose a range that fits and list what is in it.

02

Samples and price

Samples travel to you, and a written price per item follows once the range is settled.

03

Order confirmed

Quantities, lead time and payment terms are agreed in writing before anything is produced or pulled from stock.

04

Delivery and repeat

Goods ship from our Florida base, and reorders run against the same agreed terms.

Along the way

Points that come up mid-order.

The questions that tend to arrive once an order is already moving.

What if a lead time slips?

We flag it as soon as it looks likely, show the knock-on effect and bring options to the next update.

Who approves a change?

Only you. Extra items or a changed pack size need written agreement before they start, never a verbal yes.

How often do we hear from you?

At each agreed stage, usually when samples ship, when the order is confirmed and when goods leave the warehouse.

What do you need from us?

A named buyer who can be reached, delivery details, and a decision on the range so the schedule can hold.

The first conversation is about range and constraints. From there you get a written quote you can accept, change or decline.
